Organizational Culture Assessment (OCA)

The main purpose of the Organizational Culture Assessment (OCA) is to set up a standard for the organization on behave of six measurement levels, which we call the six organizational dimensions of an organizational culture.

Good or bad answers does not exist, neither a good or bad culture. Different organizations will give different answers. Try to give accurate answers as possible for an accurate culture diagnose.

The OCA gives you six organizational dimensions. Every dimension gives you four pronouncements (A,B,C and D). You have to divide 100 points among this four pronouncements. Give a high score to a pronouncement which fits best to your organization.

For example:
A 50 points
B 10 points
C 5 points
D 35 points

First you start with the current situation. After your score for the six dimensions, you do it again for the desired situation of the organization. Good luck.
